Delete your Reversi account

Reversi by Lloyd McCluskey, for iPhone, iPad and Android.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Reversi and make sure you're signed in.
2. In the lobby, tap Edit profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@gitidaho.com with the subject Delete my Reversi account. Send it from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, and include your display name. We'll delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in link to Apple or Google, and your email address
• Your display name, profile picture, disc design and country
• Your place on the leaderboard

What is kept

• Past games: moves and results are kept as anonymous records shown as "Deleted player", so your former opponents' histories and ratings stay correct. They can no longer be linked to you.
• Purchase and unlock records: the store's transaction id for a Remove Ads purchase, and which designs were unlocked, stay attached to the anonymous record for accounting and fraud prevention. They no longer identify you.
• Server logs and backups: removed on their normal schedule, within 14 days for logs and 90 days for backups.

Store purchases are between you and Apple or Google. Deleting your Reversi account doesn't refund them. See the Support page for refunds, and the Privacy Policy for more.
